PERSONAL INTERVIEW

Interviews will be conducted between 5 judges and contestant. Each contestant will have 3 minutes with each judge. No political or religious questions allowed. Each contestant will need to have a platform for which she will speak on during her year, if selected Miss Pre Teen International®. Dress for interview is Business Attire.

EVENING GOWN

35% (of overall score) SCORING (1-35 points)
Each contestant will wear her own personal choice of evening gown. Each contestant will be judged on grace, poise and elegance in Evening Wear.

FUN FASHION WEAR

35% (of overall score) SCORING (1-35 points)
Each Contestant will wear her own personal choice of fashion wear.

Miss Pre Teen International Rules and Regulations

The following are the Official Rules and Regulations of Miss Pre Teen International®. Contestants must read andadhere to the following rules and regulations in order to participate in the Miss Pre Teen International program.To be eligible as a Contestant:

• Each Miss Pre Teen International must be a minimum of 10 years of age and no older than 12 years of age by July 1st of competition year.
• Contestant vying for the International title must be a U.S. Citizen and at least six month resident of her state.
• Entrants must be of good health and moral character.
• All decisions as to the eligibility shall be determined by International Pageants, Inc.
• All decisions of the judges are final and irrevocable.
• Any contestant and/or family member or guest showing unsportsmanlike behavior will lead to the disqualification of the contestant. No refunds will be given or country.
• If for any reason a winner is disqualified, or elects not to participate, her title and all awards including crown and banner, trophy and prizes will be returned to the International Pageants, Inc. office and give to the next choice of the judges. I understand that the contestant whose title is relinquished or who is qualified shall be responsible for any and all court costs, and attorney's fees incurred by International Pageants, Inc. in its effort to have the aforementioned property returned to the International office.
• Entrants hereby agree to hold harmless and release unconditionally and forever, anyclaim against International Pageants, Inc. and/or the Miss Pre Teen International Pageant, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and subsidiaries, which they have, by virtue of their participation in this pageant or any use of their name, likeness, voice and/ro biography in connection with this pageant, including use in promotional and advertising material.
• Contestants and their parents/guardians agree to hold harmless all persons affiliated with International Pageants, Inc. and the Miss Pre Teen International Pageant in case of any loss or injury occurring during, or in travel to and/or from this event.
  Recipient of the title Miss Pre Teen International promises to promote the pageant by making a minium of 1 personal appearance per month.
  Titleholder further promises to make no personal appearances or appear in any advertising and/or publications without permission from the Executive Director
• Miss Pre Teen International promises to return the following year to the Miss Pre Teen International Pageant, in Crown and banner to crown sucessor.
• A contestant could be selected to participate as a delegate "at large" if there is no competiton beld in her area.
• Crowns and banners remain the property of Intermational Pageants, Inc. and the Miss Pre Teen International Pageant until after the International pageant is concluded.
  Any delegate who defaults on any obligation to International Pageants,Inc.
  And/or the Miss Pre Teen International Pageant Must return all prizes and awards including her crown and banner to the International office in the condition in which it was received.
• I understand that I may withdraw from the competition at any time, however in doing so, must return my crown and banner to the International office.
• Under no circumstances and not for any reason shall I be entitled to a refund in whole or in part of any fees or other amounts paid. All fees and other amounts paid to International Pageants, Inc. and/or the Miss Pre Teen International Pageant are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE in full or in part under any circumstances.
  This includes, but is not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, pageant ticket sales, and any other amounts paid to International Pageants, Inc.
  And/or the Miss Pre Teen International Pageant including but not limited to delegates, sponsors, and advertisers
• Contestant permits International Pageants, Inc. and the Miss Pre Teen International Pageant the right to use contestant's photograph, name, and likeness for publicity, advertising, and other commercial purposes in connection with International Pageants, Inc.
• Contestant permits International Pageants, Inc. and the Miss Pre Teen International Pageant to televise live or by the use of film or videotape any portion or all of the competition.
• I further understand that there will be a $50.00 fee assessed for any returned check.
• Contestant understands that if selected a winner in her competition, that for one year her professional affairs as said winner will be under the sole management of International Pageants, Inc.
  And/or their licensees and that she will not give any written or oral endorsements commercially without the expressed permission of said same.
  Contestant further acknowledges that all rights for any appearances, endorsements, speaking engagements, acting roles, etc.
  resulting from winning or being a contestant in the Miss Pre Teen International Pageant shall belong exclusively the same.
• I agree to all the rules and regulations stated on the application. Any fees paid are non-refundable.
